convenient location water taxis great choices inattentive staff dirty areas hard working cleaners
the location is convenient. water taxis are right outside the hotel. the bar has good service. breakfast had great choices.
certain parts of the room wasn't clean. i had to ask the cleaners to fix the mess.

a dream come true
clean room kind staff delicious breakfast peaceful canal
The room was clean. I appreciated that! the staff was very kind and helped me with my luggage. the breakfast had various options and was delicious. I especially loved the fresh pastries. the hotel's location felt secluded, tucked away from the busy tourist areas. a small peaceful canal ran just outside my window.
The elevator made a slight noise as it passed my floor. it was minor and didn't significantly disrupt my sleep.

The hotel is near a water bus stop, providing easy access to transportation. it is a ten minute walk from the train station. the area is quiet. Several nice restaurants are nearby.

Staff were friendly. they offered assistance with directions. the check in was quick and efficient. I was in my room in minutes. the staff helped me store my suitcases after i checked out.

totally blew my mind!
multiple dining rooms outdoor seating gluten-free croissants friendly staff
i really liked the amazing breakfast it had multiple dining rooms plus outdoor seating was available in the courtyard i loved that non-dairy milks and gluten-free croissants were there i also appreciated how close the hotel was to many restaurants and bars i can't wait to go back. the staff was also very friendly and cute making me feel right at home the whole time
the street nearby could be a little noisy at times i think a slightly better soundproofing could solve that issue but i was still very satisfied overall

the room was really clean and modern i could really settle in and rest well after each day there was plenty of space and everything felt fresh and new.

this hotel has a great location in a quieter but beautiful neighborhood near the crowds there are very nice restaurants and bars nearby i was able to easily explore and enjoy local spots.

the breakfast offered non-dairy milks and gluten-free croissants the hotel let me check in early before noon and also the late check-out time of 12 noon was convenient. that really made my traveling easier

private jacuzzi clean hot tub suite privacy
The suite provided a private jacuzzi. It was impeccably clean. The outdoor hot tub was especially wonderful after long walks. The suite offered privacy and a touch of indulgence.
